LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE ELDERLY
Legal Counsel for the Elderly provides free legal, educational, and outreach services to qualifying Alabama residents age 60 and older. This program is provided through a contract with Legal Services Alabama, a statewide, non-profit law firm.
Individuals who need legal representation or advice must apply for services. Due to limitations of the program, not everyone who applies will receive assistance. Applications must be received from the individual who needs legal assistance. No attorney-client relationship is established by submitting an application.
