There is no cost for the services of Information, Assistance, or Counseling, but there is for Respite and Supplemental Services. A sliding scale based on the National Poverty Guideline is used to determine the client’s shared cost for certain services. Cost sharing is permitted, but will not prevent someone from receiving services.

Funds are limited. They are utilized to reach those desiring to remain in their own community by providing available services. Contributions or donations are accepted by the Aging and Disability Resource Center.  They are used to provide additional services and to reach those on the waiting list. Contact us if you would like to donate.

For more information, to sign up, or to donate, call 1-800-AGE-LINE (1-800-243-5463) or email
